Make sure you research the manufacturer and approve of the quality of the products and their warranty policy. If the retailer will not tell you which manufacturer or you can’t find them on google, this is a big red flag. It most likely means you are overpaying or a product with subpar quality.

If my new window coverings break, how will you take care of me?

Many companies will be quick to mention that their products carry a lifetime warranty. However, they will not include that warranty only covers parts; and not labor or trip charges.
